"I cannot say enough high praises for Joe. Joe sold our home (twice) and we interviewed many realtors before we knew he was a perfect fit for us. When you are looking to sell your home (or buy) you really want someone who is more than just a realtor… . You need a strong negotiator, therapist and a researcher. Anyone can hold an open house, but can they come to the table and negotiate the important details so that both parties feel good about it? Once the sale happens, that's when the stress can start. I cant tell you the number of times Joe would be that "therapist" who took the time to listen and calm our nerves as well as speak reason to us.
